Co-founder and Chief Technology Evangelist at ARVORE Immersive Experiences, an award-winning company known for its games and immersive experiences, including Brazil’s first Primetime Emmy®️ for Outstanding Innovation. He holds a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration from FGV, has a background in radio broadcasting from FAAP, and serves as a Postgraduate Professor at ESPM-SP. A researcher in Games, New Media, Exponential Technologies, and Innovation in the Creative Economy since 2010, he is also a LEGO enthusiast,avid gamer, cinephile, binge-watcher, and tech addict. His industry affiliations include being a founding member, past president, and board member at the EraTransmidia Association, as well as a founding member and Executive Director at the XRBR Association (2019-20). Since 2020, he has also been an active member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (USA). He is currently serving as the new president of Abragames for the 2024-2026 term.
Carolina Caravana is a passionate educator with a degree from EBA/UFRJ, as well as a partner and producer at Aiyra, a game development company based in Niterói. With 15 years of experience in games and technology, she has held various roles in game development. Her career highlights include serving as a judge in both national and international game competitions and as a guest professional on academic panels. She stands out for her contributions to training dozens of professionals in the field. In addition to being one of the founders of the Abragames Diversity Council, she currently serves as the association’s vice president and remains dedicated to promoting inclusion and diversity in the industry.
Bachelor in game design and working in the games industry since 2014, the executive manager of the Brazil Games Export Program has worked since 2016 in partnership with Abragames, where she was na international producer for the Program.
Eros Silva has 24 years of experience in managing projects, programs, and portfolios across different countries, including roles at Unisys, Nokia, and Accenture, where he managed information technology and innovation projects for sectors such as telecommunications, engineering, marketing, customer relations, government, and R&D of new products with intensive use of cutting-edge innovation and technology. Currently, he serves as Portfolio Project Manager at ApexBrasil, overseeing international trade promotion projects for the Technology, Communication, and Gaming industries in partnership with Brazilian non-profit industry associations. His work aims to elevate Brazilian companies on the global stage and attract foreign investment to Brazil.
Co-owner of LML Consultoria Empresarial, based in Campinas/SP, specializing in legal and administrative consultancy. Since 2007, he has been working in the financial control of sectorial projects in partnership with ApexBrasil, with associations such as APRO, ABF, ANIMASEG, and Abragames.
